Permanently close one monitor.

Use the separate fm1_ management token shown once at activation. The fr1_ ingest token is for machine reporting only and cannot authorize closure.

Closing retires this monitor permanently. Future reports are rejected, its rolling deadline stops, no new alert transitions are created, and queued alerts that have not been sent are discarded. An alert already accepted by or in flight to the email provider may still arrive.

This action does not delete an account or exercise a privacy right. Existing receipts and historical verification, operational-email authorization, incident, audit, delivery, suppression, and paid-interest evidence remain subject to the privacy notice. A closed monitor cannot be reopened; resuming requires a new verified activation and new tokens.

If the management token is lost, or you want access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection rights, use the verified manual legal path in the privacy notice. Never send either token, a file, path, fingerprint key, or transfer credential by email.
