B2B early-access terms · version 2026-07-27-v2
A narrow monitor, not a guarantee of your data or business outcome.
These terms govern business use of Agentsor File Contracts, operated by Hampus Johansson under the Agentsor name. Contact hello@agentsor.ai. The service is offered only for business or professional use, not consumer use.
Early-access service
The service provides a local file verifier, authenticated run-receipt collection, rolling cadence-plus-grace monitoring, seven-day backend receipt retention, and typed operational email when an incident opens or resolves. The rolling deadline begins at activation and advances after each accepted receipt; it is not a configurable wall-clock partner SLA. There is no customer dashboard or customer-visible receipt history. Features, limits, and interfaces may change during early access. Material changes will not be represented as having already applied to a completed run.
Your authority and configuration
You must control the email and environment used with the service, have authority to inspect the relevant files, and protect the ingest token. You define the contract, cadence, and thresholds and are responsible for checking that they fit your workflow. Do not submit third-party confidential data, file contents, personal data from files, credentials, prohibited material, or fields outside the documented envelope.
Evidence boundary
A passing receipt shows only that a client holding the monitor's ingest token submitted a v1 envelope reporting the configured checks as passing at the recorded time. The hosted service does not attest the CLI package version or prove that an upstream source was honest, a downstream system received or used the file, every record is accurate, no later change occurred, or a business, legal, accounting, security, compliance, or availability outcome was achieved. Missing evidence is inconclusive or failed; it is not success.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, evade limits, probe other accounts, interfere with operation, submit malicious payloads, reverse another user’s token or fingerprints, use the service for unlawful monitoring, or rely on early access as the sole control for safety-critical, medical, financial, regulated, or emergency decisions.
No current paid plan
Creating a free monitor does not begin a paid trial or authorize a charge. No paid subscription, checkout, renewal, paid entitlement, or paid plan limit is currently offered.
File Contracts Pro is planned at $29 USD per month for up to 10 monitored feeds. The planned bundle includes 30-day redacted run history, two alert recipients, and self-serve ingest-token rotation, monitor pause, and monitor deletion. It would be month to month and cancellable before the next renewal. It does not currently include a customer dashboard or paid support SLA. No checkout, paid entitlement, or charge is available today.
After activation, the email-verified activation client receives a separate short-lived, one-time capability that may be used to make one exact, non-binding paid-early-access request and separately authorize one response when checkout is available. That capability is not the monitor's long-lived ingest token. Its use proves possession after email verification, not that a human clicked a particular control. The request is product research only: it is not an order, quote, reservation, contract, trial, payment authorization, renewal authorization, or marketing permission.
If paid service is introduced later, it will require a separate checkout that identifies the seller, plan, price, billing interval, applicable tax, renewal, cancellation terms, and enforced limits before payment.
Availability, support, and changes
Early access is provided without an uptime or response-time commitment. The operator may suspend a monitor to protect the service, comply with law, address abuse, or correct a material fault. Support and account-control requests are handled manually by email and are not 24/7 incident response. If the product experiment is retired, reasonable closure notice will be provided when practicable.
Warranty and liability boundary
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, early access is provided as available without implied warranties. You remain responsible for independent validation, backups, incident response, and business decisions. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For the current unpaid early-access service, aggregate contractual liability is limited to USD 50. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss except where such a limitation is prohibited. Any later paid service will require separate terms before checkout.
Termination and governing law
You may stop local submissions at any time. There are no self-serve token-rotation, alert, monitor-deletion, or account-deletion controls. Email the contact above to request manual token revocation, stop operational email, monitor closure, or deletion; the operator will verify authority and confirm what can be completed and what must be retained. In-place token rotation is not available, so replacement requires a new verified activation and monitor. The operator may end early access for material breach, abuse, legal necessity, or product retirement. Swedish law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the competent Swedish courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
