Lead Path Checks by Agentsor
Privacy notice
Last updated July 22, 2026 · Notice version agency_fit_privacy_2026_07_22_v1
This notice describes how Hampus Johansson, trading as Agentsor, handles information submitted through the agency fit form or by email. The separate outreach privacy notice covers prospect research and business correspondence. Any paid service requires additional customer-specific data terms before setup.
Controller and contact
The controller is Hampus Johansson, Boelundsvägen 2A, 23252 Åkarp, Sweden. Contact hello@agentsor.ai.
Information and purpose
The fit form receives a work email, agency name and website, approximate relevant-path range, and your description of the current verification process. It also stores a keyed network fingerprint and bounded browser identifier for abuse prevention. We use this information to assess fit, send the single response requested through the form, protect the service, and keep proportionate pre-contract and business records. Do not submit client/customer personal data beyond your own business contact details, client names, credentials, test data, CRM exports, screenshots, or confidential customer material.
Response permission
The box is unchecked by default. If you select it, Agentsor may send one response to this inquiry only. It does not permit marketing, unrelated messages, or automatic follow-ups. While we retain the inquiry, we keep a write-once record of the permission wording displayed and selected, the linked privacy-notice version that applied, a server-validated one-time form and session reference, a binding to the submitted inquiry, and the time recorded. The record is retained and deleted with the inquiry as described below.
Legal bases
We process an inquiry to take steps you request before a possible agreement and for legitimate interests in responding to relevant business inquiries, validating demand, securing the service, and keeping proportionate records. Where law requires a record, that obligation is the basis.
Cookies and analytics
The fit form sets one short-lived, HttpOnly cookie solely to protect submissions from cross-site request forgery. The site sets no advertising or analytics cookie and uses no behavioral advertising or third-party analytics. Standard network request information may be processed transiently for delivery and security.
Sharing, transfers, and retention
We do not sell inquiry information. Hosting, network-security, DNS, email, database, notification, and professional-advice providers may process only what is needed under appropriate terms. Telegram alerts contain only a random inquiry identifier and submission time, not form contents. Where GDPR requires it, international transfers use an applicable transfer mechanism and supplementary assessment. The response-permission receipt follows the inquiry's retention. We normally delete unconverted inquiries and their receipts within 90 days, unless a narrower record is required for an agreement, legal duty, dispute, objection, or documented security incident.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@agentsor.ai. You may complain to IMY or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes
This service is being validated. We may update this notice as the operating model changes; the date above identifies the version.
