Outreach privacy notice

This notice covers limited research and correspondence used in bounded Agentsor validation campaigns. Current candidates may include US community-association management companies for Renewal Desk or US web/performance agencies for customer-authorized synthetic lead-path checks. It also provides information required when a business address or reply identifies a natural person.

Controller and contact

The controller is Hampus Johansson, trading as Agentsor, at Boelundsvägen 2A, 23252 Åkarp, Sweden. Contact hello@agentsor.ai for privacy questions, rights requests, or an immediate marketing objection.

Information and sources

We record the company name, domain, US metro, offer-specific public workflow signals, the exact company-page sources and collection date, a generic company-role inbox published on that website, the site's solicitation-terms review, send and response status, and limited qualification notes. For an agency candidate, signals may include publicly described paid-media or landing-page work and ongoing website care. We do not intentionally use named employee, private, guessed, bought, enriched, or sensitive information in an initial validation campaign.

The source is the company's own public website. If someone replies or requests a fit review, we also receive the sender details and message content they choose to provide. We record objections and delivery failures so that we do not contact an address again.

Purposes and legal bases

We use this information for narrowly relevant business-to-business outreach, to answer correspondence, measure whether the offer has genuine demand, prevent repeat contact after an objection, protect delivery systems, and keep proportionate compliance records. We rely on our legitimate interests in testing and offering a relevant business service and in operating a compliant campaign. We balance those interests by using verified US companies and generic role inboxes, limiting frequency, avoiding tracking pixels and enrichment, providing source information, and making objection immediate and free.

Where correspondence is requested before a possible agreement, processing may also be necessary to take steps at the request of the person or company. Where a record is legally required, we process it to meet that obligation.

Marketing objection

You may object to direct marketing at any time. Reply to the message with any clear objection or email hello@agentsor.ai. We stop marketing immediately and retain only the minimum suppression record needed to prevent accidental re-contact. An outreach email also provides a direct one-step opt-out.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell prospect or correspondence information. Providers supporting hosting, network security, DNS, email delivery, database operation, and professional advice may process only the information needed for those functions under appropriate terms. Where a provider processes information outside Sweden or the EEA, we use an applicable adequacy decision or contractual safeguards where GDPR requires it and assess supplementary protections.

Retention

We normally delete non-customer campaign records within 90 days after the validation campaign closes. We keep the minimum suppression fact separately for as long as reasonably needed to honor an objection and review that need annually. Requested correspondence or records relevant to an agreement, legal duty, dispute, or documented security incident may be retained longer for that specific purpose.

Your rights

Depending on the processing and applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive certain information. You may object at any time to direct marketing and may object to other processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@agentsor.ai. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) or another competent supervisory authority.

Automated decisions and changes

We do not use this information for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We may update this notice as the validation process changes; the date above identifies the current version.
