Renewal Desk by Agentsor
Website terms
Last updated July 21, 2026
These terms apply to this public Renewal Desk validation website and its fit-check form. The site is operated by Hampus Johansson, trading as Agentsor, at Boelundsvägen 2A, 23252 Åkarp, Sweden. Contact hello@agentsor.ai. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.
Validation site, not a service agreement
The site describes a proposed founding service and collects expressions of interest. Submitting the form does not enroll you, reserve capacity, create an agency relationship, start service, or authorize a charge. Any accepted engagement will require a separate written service agreement, operating instructions, and payment authorization.
Displayed founding offer
The standard validation offer is a $299 USD one-time setup plus $149 USD per month, with the first month paid upfront, for up to 200 active customer-confirmed vendor COI/license records and 25 renewal cases per month. A renewal case is one record entering its authorized follow-up cycle during a billing month; multiple scheduled reminders for that record remain one case. Applicable tax, if any, is additional.
The setup charge is waived for exactly the first three accepted design partners, but $149 USD for their first month is still paid upfront before onboarding. Remaining availability is confirmed before payment; this website does not display a live slot count. When useful and agreed after fit review, a $75 USD monthly add-on increases the caps by 100 active records and 15 monthly cases. Setup covers roster configuration, authorized reminder templates, initial import, and the first exception report. Operational details are confirmed before any engagement begins.
Scope boundary
Renewal Desk is proposed as an administrative receipt, tracking, reminder, routing, and reporting service. It does not review coverage, limits, or endorsements; make compliance, sufficiency, validity, acceptance, vendor-approval, or readiness decisions; provide insurance or legal advice; issue, alter, or complete certificates; review W-9s; perform background checks; handle bank/payment data or property inspection certificates; or decide whether a vendor may work or be paid.
Customers remain responsible for confirming all dates and record statuses, defining reminder recipients and language, reviewing every document, consulting appropriate professionals, and making all vendor and property-management decisions. No vendor response, renewal, or other outcome is guaranteed.
Your submissions
Provide accurate business contact and workflow information and only information you are authorized to share. Do not submit certificate files, government identifiers, financial account data, health data, or other sensitive personal information through the fit-check form. You remain responsible for the content of your notes.
Acceptable use
Do not interfere with the site, bypass security controls, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or organization, scrape the form, or use the site in violation of law or another party’s rights. We may restrict access to protect the site or other users.
Site availability and materials
The site and synthetic sample are provided for evaluation and may change or become unavailable. The sample contains fictional data and demonstrates format only; it is not evidence of customer results or a promise that a particular workflow will be accepted.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the public site is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Agentsor is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on this informational site. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Privacy and changes
The privacy notice explains the handling of fit-check information. We may update these website terms as the validation offer changes; the date above identifies the current version.
Applicable law
These website terms are governed by Swedish law, without displacing any mandatory rights or rules that apply regardless of that choice. Any separate paid engagement will state its own governing terms and dispute process.
