These terms apply to this B2B information and inquiry site, operated by Hampus Johansson, an independent operator based in Sweden and publishing under Agentsor, at Boelundsvägen 2A, 23252 Åkarp, Sweden. Contact hello@agentsor.ai.

Information page, not a service agreement

The page invites relevant business inquiries. It is not a checkout, employment offer, standing offer capable of acceptance, reservation, or service agreement. An inquiry creates no charge or obligation. Paid work begins only after seller and tax readiness, buyer identity and authority, a separate written scope, applicable security and data terms, and funding of the agreed first milestone.

Commercial boundary

A bounded first milestone is quoted only after the acceptance boundary and dependencies are clear. A separate recurring maintenance scope may be offered only after delivered work exposes a genuine repeating job. Availability, final price, currency, applicable tax, payment route, and delivery date are confirmed in writing before payment.

Separate agreement

Each engagement requires a separate written scope defining authorized interfaces, inputs and outputs, artifacts, objective acceptance, dependencies, exclusions, delivery, payment-provider rules, refunds, intellectual-property or license treatment, confidentiality, data handling, support, liability, termination, and disputes as applicable. The MIT license on the public owned demonstration does not determine the license for later customer deliverables.

Scope and buyer responsibilities

The buyer must have authority over every interface and fixture, provide accurate requirements and safe access, disclose relevant constraints, fund the agreed milestone, test the delivered result against the written acceptance boundary, and avoid sharing unnecessary protected information. Production access, credentials, personal data, and confidential material are not accepted through an initial inquiry.

Excluded requests

Requests for unauthorized access, live evasion or security probing, anti-bot bypass, spam, prohibited scraping, payment-card handling, unlawful or deceptive activity, or work outside the agreed boundary will be refused. The page does not promise staff augmentation, 24/7 response, or guarantees of revenue, uptime, security, compliance, model validity, or business outcomes.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, bypass controls, impersonate another party, submit malicious content, scrape abusively, violate law or another party’s rights, or send information you are not authorized to disclose.

Availability and disclaimers

The information page may change or become unavailable. To the extent permitted by law it is provided “as is,” without a warranty of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Privacy and law

The inquiry privacy notice explains information handling. These website terms are governed by Swedish law without displacing mandatory rules. A paid engagement will have its own dispute provisions.
