This notice describes how Hampus Johansson, an independent operator based in Sweden and publishing under Agentsor, handles information in B2B email inquiries about bounded automation reliability work. The separate outreach privacy notice covers prospect research and outbound correspondence.

Information and purpose

An inquiry may contain your name, work email, company name, public website, contracting country, project category, safe project description, delivery window, budget band, and ordinary email-routing metadata. We use it to assess fit, send the relevant response you requested, protect the service, prepare a possible scope, and keep proportionate pre-contract and business records.

Do not email credentials, API keys, source code, client or customer names, personal data, production records, private links, confidential material, or anything you are not authorized to share. If later work needs protected information, its access, purpose, security, providers, retention, and deletion must be agreed separately before transfer.

Legal bases and correspondence

We process an inquiry to take steps you request before a possible agreement and for legitimate interests in responding to relevant business inquiries, securing the channel, and keeping proportionate records. Emailing requests a relevant response; it does not permit unrelated marketing or automatic follow-ups. Where law requires a record, that obligation is the basis.

Cookies and analytics

The public offer and legal pages set no advertising or analytics cookie and use no behavioral advertising or third-party analytics. Standard network request information may be processed transiently for delivery and security. Your email provider and the configured routing providers process ordinary message metadata and content to deliver the correspondence.

Sharing, transfers, and retention

We do not sell inquiry information. Providers supporting hosting, network security, DNS, email routing and delivery, database operation, notification, payment, and professional advice may process only what is needed for those functions under applicable terms. Where GDPR requires it, international transfers use an applicable transfer mechanism and supplementary assessment.

We retain an inquiry only for as long as reasonably needed to answer it, assess a possible engagement, protect the channel, and keep proportionate pre-contract records. No fixed automated deletion period is promised for the operator mailbox today. A narrower record may be retained longer for an agreement, invoice, accounting or tax duty, legal claim, objection, fraud prevention, or documented security incident. You may request deletion where applicable.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email hello@agentsor.ai. You may complain to IMY or another competent supervisory authority.

We may update this notice if the inquiry route or operating model changes. The date above identifies the current version.
